Oversee all financial and accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international standards (e.g. or IFRS ).
Provide accurate and timely financial reports, interpret key financial data, and present findings with actionable recommendations to senior management.
Advise on investment opportunities and financial strategies to support sustainable growth and profitability.
Monitor and maintain the overall financial health of the organization.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
Analyze costs, pricing, margins, sales performance, and overall financial results, comparing actuals with business plans.
Identify trends, develop financial projections, and recommend performance improvement measures.
Lead cost-reduction initiatives and financial efficiency reviews across the organization.
Manage and develop the finance team, setting clear goals and ensuring professional development.
Establish financial department frameworks, processes, and performance objectives.
Liaise with auditors to ensure strong internal controls and compliance standards are upheld.
Coordinate closely with other departments (procurement, inventory, production, sales, etc.) to align financial strategies with operational needs and future plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within an industrial or manufacturing company.
Previous experience in metal industries or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in using accounting systems and ERP platforms (such as Oddo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Holding CPA / CMA / CFA is a strong advantage.)
