Job Description
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational purposes
- needs.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to optimize the use of available funds.
Develop strategies for managing excess cash and short-term investments. - Led the collections team to ensure the timely collection of accounts
receivable and minimize overdue debts. - Implement collection strategies and set credit policies to manage overdue accounts
payments. - Develop aging reports and take appropriate action for overdue accounts.
- Regularly report on the status of collections, overdue accounts, and aging
balances to senior management. - Analyze collection trends and propose strategies to improve collections
performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a
related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, collections, or finance
management, preferably in a managerial role. - Previous experience in the Real Estate field is a MUST
- Flixplity to travel to the company's site in Ras Sudr on a regular basis is a MUST
