Job Description

  • Manage sales by maintaining an updated database of prospective customers’ contacts, using different data collection tools and sources, and also maintain all letters of agreement, customer-related offers, and contracts for the sales database.
  • Conduct sales analysis reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Centralize invoices and sales orders database for all services and oversee collection with the finance department
  • Track sales targets of the sales team and provide data reports and analysis on achievements versus targets and sales forecasting.
  • Follow up on client activation and registration with the other operations section.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team during events and fairs.
  • Report on the status of sales and transactions.
  • Set and track sales department targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Supervise the daily tasks for his team (Upselling – Sales – Follow up – Closing).
  • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing sales targets.
  • Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales.
  • Maximizing sales and profitability.
  • Meeting key decision-makers at schools, universities, and other institutes and convincing them to deal with us.
  • Taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from generating leads to negotiations to signing of contract document
  • Helping improve the sales process to make it more efficient
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Perform other administrative tasks within the department upon request.

Job Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Relevant University Degree.
  • 3-5 years experience in the same job or relevant role in the training industry.
  • Maximum age 37.

Technical Skills:

  • Previous experience in dealing with direct audiences, and governmental institutes.
  • Successful consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to draft proposals in both Arabic & English.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Corporate sales background is a must.
