Electrical Technical Office Engineer

1. Shop Drawings & Design Support:

• Preparing and modifying shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Ensure that drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with other technical office departments and consultants for technical clarifications.

2. Technical Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain technical submittals (RFIs, RFPs, MTR, etc.….) and work orders.
• Support in preparing method statements and work procedures.
• Generate progress reports and documentation for project tracking.

3. Coordination & Site Support:

• Act as a link between the technical office and site engineers to resolve any technical issues.
• Assist in reviewing subcontractors’ shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material compliance with specifications.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure technical drawings and execution comply with project standards and safety regulations.
• Support the quality control team in inspections and approvals.
• Identify and report any technical conflicts or deviations from design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
• fully knowledgeable about all the engineering programs required and suitable for performing the tasks assigned to him, whether they are drawing programs or computational programs.
