Job Description
Atelier Nicolas Cerrutti is a fashion brand founded in Berlin and newly established in Cairo for production purposes. We specialize in craftsmanship, quiet elegance, and subtle luxury, with growing potential in both Europe and Egypt. You will be joining a small, dynamic team (maximum 4 people) and working directly with the head designer. This is a unique opportunity to grow hand-in-hand with a rising brand in the world of fashion.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and organization.
- Conduct research (suppliers, trends, logistics, etc.).
- Run professional errands (production follow-ups, deliveries, material sourcing).
- Draft and send professional emails.
- Act as translator during meetings (Arabic ⇆ English).
- Travel within Egypt (and potentially abroad) to assist with business operations.
- Support the brand's communication efforts (social media, newsletters, coordination).
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Non-smoker (mandatory).
- Ability to travel when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good work ethic, initiative, and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
- Knowledge or passion for fashion and design.
- Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in social media content creation or management.
- Prior experience working in fashion, luxury, or retail industries.
