Job Description
An Account Specialist to support our clients by handling their inquiries, resolving issues. In addition to playing a key role in identifying new leads and assisting the sales team in expanding our client base.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Follow up on service performance and gather feedback
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills & good English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them clearly
- Any experience in sales or lead generation is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and direct interaction with clients.
