Job Description
- Organize and plan to advertise, communication campaigns on social media and exhibitions.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website.
- Continuously identify new and creative event ideas in line with key marketing objectives.
- Provide creative ideas for content and design artwork needed material for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, brands needed material, online material, etc.).
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Creation and execution of SMS campaigns.
- Prepare Online Marketing Content (e.g. Blogs & Articles) and top quality video to be used internally and on YouTube.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals
- Managing the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
- Overseeing the technical development and maintenance of the ecommerce platform, ensuring high performance and functionality
- Driving website traffic through search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, email marketing, and social media
- Utilizing data analytics to monitor and report on performance, and to drive decisions regarding the optimization of the ecommerce strategy
- Managing the ecommerce budget, including sales forecasting and analysis to ensure profitability
- Collaborating with IT and marketing departments to implement new technologies and campaigns that enhance the ecommerce experience
- Leading and developing a team of ecommerce professionals, including marketing, sales, and IT support
- Ensuring that the ecommerce business complies with online retail laws and regulations
- Partnering with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Staying abreast of new developments in ecommerce, online marketing, and technology to keep the company at the forefront of the digital marketplace
Job Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a managerial position
• Prior experience in the garment or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
