Job Description
- Proficiency in dealing with computers, fax, photocopy and others.
- Receiving and transferring the calls, dealing with clients in a professional manner, which strengthens relationships with them.
- Receive clients in a professional manner and properly guide them as necessary.
- Taking into consideration the time, does not make visitors at the reception desk or on the phone wait too long with and provide their needs as quickly as possible.
- Work on commitment to maintain a continuous flow of work for employees as well as responding to customer demand.
- Ensure the validity of all internal and external lines, and receive and send all outgoing and incoming faxes.
- Assist with the Administrative and secretarial in administrative work (printing - fax - photocopy).
- Receive and deliver all company mail and prepare all needs for sent mail.
- Perform everything required by Manager.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree.
- Experience: Practical experience not less than three years, provided that at least one year was in a company.
