Job Description

B2B Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with the clients and oversees a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities through: 

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all client’s account management matters.
  • Building and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client’s needs and objectives.
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Preparing reports on account status.
  • Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the company. 
  • Assisting with challenging client’s requests or issue escalations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or any relevant field.
  • 1-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and reaching targets.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in English.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
