Job Description
- Handling patient inquiries face to face.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Following up with patients and doctors in medical services as ( clinic registration, inpatient admissions, labs results, …etc.).
- Receiving the list of operations cases from the Operations Department daily.
- Enter data into the system
