Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist by helping the Director on meeting department deadlines.
- Prepare presentations organizing meetings with all concerned department related to a task
- Translate some contents from English to Arabic, Arabic to English
- Monitoring department staff attendances and performances.
- Assist department staff when work is heavy and in need of help
- Gather and generate reports according to the Directors request (financially & Statistically)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Male
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in any administrative workforce.
- Must be excellent in excel (V Look up) and use of other formulas.
- Great with preparing presentations (power point).
- Has average accounting skills and experience
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (writing and speaking)
- Able to translate written process and procedures in a visual matter.
- Able to handle work load pressure and work long periods of time
- Friendly, well presented and able to work with others
