Job Description
the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate logistics of webinars and events, assist with managing (and developing) channel partners collateral and co-branding requests, develop monthly newsletters, assist with content development for social media channels, review & create compelling communications for prospects, customers and partners, help manage prospect, lead, and customer data inside the sales & marketing database, as well as contribute intelligence for ongoing campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate logistics of VUC/VPCs
- Scheduling in GTW
- Coordinating/reviewing/approving all emails that deploy from Marketo
- Schedules dry runs
- Records, technical engineer for live event, publishes recording post-event
- Coordinates tradeshow and roadshow logistics
- Aligns/ships content, displays, materials, giveaways; coordinates events
- Campaign creation in SF
- Coordinates and delivers all partner MDF, new collateral, co-branding requests
- Coordinates monthly customer newsletter
- Assist with social media content creation and monitoring
- Reviews all communications (customer, partner, prospect) by ensuring all links are working, no spelling or grammatical errors, etc. Includes, but not limited to emails, case studies, monthly e-newsletters and social media.
- Contribute intelligence for ongoing campaign performance reports (CTR, CPL, form submissions, opportunities, etc.)
Job Requirements
Experience with the following :
- Salesforce.com
- GoToWebinar
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Bonus: experience with Marketo, Wistia, and Adobe Creative Suite
