RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take the lead in creating and executing creative concepts that resonate with both our brand identity and the diverse needs of our external clients.
- Drive the design and implementation of digital assets, including social media graphics, and website banners, for MorshedWorx and our clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure brand consistency and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, bringing innovative design techniques to the table.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members.

- Competitive salary: 10,000 to 12,000 EGP + Quarterly Incentive Package.
- Full time, from 10 am to 7 pm. On-site, 2 days off.

Job Requirements
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3-year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful branding and digital design projects.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to adapt designs to meet diverse client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively.
- Previous experience in mentoring and leading a design team is advantageous.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is a must.
