Job Description
- Creates and manages programs that promotes and encourages succession planning and career development opportunities for Associates.
- Analyzes and identifies organizational needs and develops strategies to address learning, development and cultural needs.
- Develops, implements, facilitates, and evaluates training methods and programs for all production positions at NMG.
- Develops, implements, facilitates, and evaluates training methods and programs for a variety of topics including including leadership, soft skills, organizational development, and other programs as needed.
- Develops and implements employee engagement strategies for departments and division.
- Evaluates and coordinates external training opportunities while maintaining budget responsibility.
- Schedules and tracks associate training programs, attendance and certifications.
- Preparing reporting using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating effectively with subject matter experts in the preparation of technical training needs analysis, training assessments, practical hands on training initiatives.
- Reviewing training feedback to identify areas for continued improvement.
- Maintaining procedures related to the training administration tasks (Create Standard Work Documents).
- Creating and maintaining records of training validation for each learning program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years experience building L&D programs
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to assess and measure staff training needs, facilitate learning, connect with learners
- Strong communication skills - ability to effectively present information across the division at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills
