Job Description
- Answering incoming telephone calls and reserve appointments.
- Ensuring incoming and outgoing mail is processed promptly.
- Handling requests from different sources (website/vezeeta/mobile app and Hotline)
- Communicate with branches to ensure right scheduling and handle any pending issues.
- Understand and respond to Patients needs and issues over the phone.
- Comply with the work standards and processes
- Accountability for pending cases until resolved.
- Ensure a high level of Patient's satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Location: Maadi
- Experience in the call center/customer service minimum (6 Months).
- Clinical experience is a plus.
- Punctual, people oriented and problem-solving skills
- Discipline & strict compliance with policies & procedures.
- Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development.
- Ability to work on a 12 hours shift basis
- Proficiency in using MS Office application.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
