WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Work on gathering the inputs needed for any process improvement whether through research, meetings or phone calls.
- Analyze previous data closely and give corrective actions needed.
- Create surveys and annual reports for clients to help them improve in some areas.
- Act as a project coordinator, making sure that the tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Creating checklists and structure for the event operations.
- Follow-up pre and during the event to make sure things are going as planned.
- Put clear project timelines and milestones.
- Organize post-event meetings to continuously improve future events and set future expectations; taking challenges into consideration.
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Detail-oriented and have a high tendency to make things perfect.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with previous exhibitions and events is a plus.
