Job Description
This is an Outdoor & Indoor Sales Position:
- We are looking for an exceptional and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to be at the heart of our Customer Acquisition team. To become an integral member of our marketing and Customer Acquisition team.
- We’re looking for a key hire(s) to help build and shape this team and get us to the next level.
- If you are proactive and can help ensure we are implementing best practices in the industry and can keep us at the forefront of innovation, we want to hear from you!
- Promote and sell Media, advertising, Social media campaigns.
- Working on basic market research to understand our products & market needs
- Generate leads and Contact Customers to set meetings
- Meet and dealing with Corporates, major institutions and clients to get the technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operation & Marketing team for technical requirements.
- Manage marketing presentations
- Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing clients
- Compiling sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of the year and pro-actively addressing shortfall on targets due to be achieved
- Work to achieve the monthly target
- Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and development in order to optimize sales results.
- Determine other channels/methods to grow outbound sales pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Digital Marketing is a plus.
- English fluency is a must
- Strong analytical, numerical skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks and shift gears quickly when needed.
- Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, great with people, good phone presence.
