Responsibilities and Duties:
- Release Shipping Documents.
- Calculate and collect applicable charges.
- Solves Customers issues over the counter.
- Clear outstanding invoices and issues.
- Maintain Customers waiting time to targets levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2~3 Years’ Experience in the Shipping industry is preferred.
- Handle multi-tasks and has the capability to work under pressure.
- Highly personal communication skills.
- English fluency is a must.
- IT Skills, ICDL is preferred.
- Teamwork player.
