Job Description
- Accurately input and update shipping, logistics, and operational data into company databases and systems.
- Verify the integrity and accuracy of data received from various internal and external sources.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for shipping documents, invoices, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and supply teams to ensure timely data entry and information flow.
- Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports for management and operational teams.
- Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies, escalating issues as needed.
- Support the preparation and distribution of shipping documentation and compliance records.
- Respond promptly to data-related queries from internal teams and external partners.

Job Requirements
