Job Description

 

  • To be responsible for organizing all communication and correspondence documentation to facilitate daily works and other administrative functions.
  • Execute Purchasing sourcing activities, negotiation, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Evaluate supplier performance
  • Maintains appropriate purchasing records
  • Handle quotations to customers.
  • Follow up purchase orders to suppliers on time.
  • Ensure that invoices are processed on time.
  • Follow up with suppliers for the statement of accounts as required.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • AASTMT Grad with a supply chain & logistics major is preferable
  • Has a background in Local & foreign Purchasing
  • Perfect Command of English
  • Proficiency in MS. Office, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, and Etc.
