Job Description
- Identify the Required Dates for every position due to Man Power Plan.
- Received the hiring Request form from the division’s directors and make sure it’s matching with the hiring plan.
- Collect CV’s and Make screening & selection for Best CV, s and Call Them for Interviews.
- Make an Interviews and Identify Second Interviews (Technical) for Suitable Candidates with HOD.
- Make Exit interviews with the resigned candidates and make reasons analysis and make a report.
- Extending recruitment sourcing channels in accordance to new market.
- Discussion and follow up Men Power Need Analysis.
- Participate in Job fairs.
Job Requirements
- Construction Background is a Must.
- 3:5 Years of experience.
- Males only.
- BS.c of Business Administration or Related.
- Very good English Command.
