Responsibilities & Job Requirements:

- Building, nurturing, maintaining, and converting your pipeline of prospects
- Achieve your Quarterly revenue target.
- Train the new Comers and the junior sales agent.
- Retain the Cancel clients with pre-approved retain offer
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prospecting, and generating leads pool via telephone, direct visits, and / or internet tools.
- Completing sales cycle responsibility. Includes prospecting, qualifying, demo presentation, sales closure, payment collections and implementation process follow-up.
- The main sales activity will be creating NEW potential leads through cold call, research, survey, sales visits (out-door), SMS, Emails & HO meetings.
- Generating successful potential leads ready to be converted into Customers to Icons with clear indicator as (customer accepted to run sales meetings & demos and shared any other valuable information indicated his need to host Icons Products and services).
- Identify new customers & offering suitable product mix after analyzing customer needs.
- Maintaining an effective communication channels with the clients.
- Build new prospects for new business opportunities & expanding new sales channels.
- Submitting activity & results reports, daily call reports, daily work plans on our CRM.
- Building & Maintaining Strong Pipeline through Our Simple CRM.
- Attend to customer, Appearance, Strict to company rules.
Prepare all the tenders documents and follow up the deadlines of the tenders. - Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree is preferable.
- Able to close deals and achieve goals..
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office and Internet is a MUST.
- Excellent analysis and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create & deliver presentations to the audience’s needs.
- Ability to develop in the sales strategy.
- Own Car is Must.
