Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work on gathering the inputs needed for any process improvement whether through research, meetings or phone calls.
  • Analyze previous data closely and give corrective actions needed.
  • Create surveys and annual reports for clients to help them improve in some areas.
  • Act as a project coordinator, making sure that the tasks are completed as scheduled.
  • Creating checklists and structure for the event operations.
  • Put clear project timelines and milestones.
  • Follow-up closely on the execution of the event operations flawlessly.
  • Organize post-event meetings to continuously improve the future events and set the future expectations; taking challenges into consideration.

Job Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and have high tendency to make things perfect.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with previous exhibitions and events is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar position is a required.
