- Co-ordination between different Parties inside & outside the company
- Monitor, asses and enhance different company procedures
- To insure that the company Statement of work is applied
- To keep a comprehensive filing system (Hard & Soft)
- To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned
- Follow-up of company operations
- Tracking of action plans
- Plan messengers movement
- Recording of company expenses & purchases in Excel sheets and Software application
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Attend regular meetings and provide the Minutes of meetings in order to be discussed with different sections inside the company to improve the overall performance
