Job Description
Essential Roles and Responsibilities (Not limited to) :
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy.
- Identify and analyze the proper data sources in order to track and report brand/product lines performance.
- Develop pricing strategies.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development..etc
- Monitor and track competition practices in the market.
- Define the product marketing investments and promotional requirements to achieve the required objectives
- Ensure all channel and product activities are supported with a powerful communication plan.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion teams.
- Ensure having the right data sources to drive and track communication and media activities.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
- Monitoring campaign's progress.
- Managing company’s showrooms in Egypt and assure compliance to company’s corporate initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.
- 7+ years experience in a commercial field.
- Industrial background is preferred
- The ability to communicate fluently in English language
- The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in consumer and product marketing
- Has a deep understanding of the promotional dynamics and communication tools.
- Ability to co-ordinate different functions.
- Manage, teach and motivate product team.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Understand financial impacts of the business decisions
- Able to report on main P&L indicators
- High presentation skills.
