Job Description
- Develop custom e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 3 / 360 , Rise, and related tools.
- Convert instructional design storyboards and scripts into interactive, SCORM-compliant modules.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia developers to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Design and implement engaging user interactions, animations, quizzes, and simulations.
- Troubleshoot and debug Storyline projects for functionality across multiple platforms and browsers.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and responsive design best practices.
- Maintain and update existing e-learning content based on feedback or changing requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when applicable.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience as an Articulate Storyline Developer.
- Demonstrated expertise in Articulate Storyline 2/3/360 , including variables, triggers, states, layers, and animations.
- Strong understanding of e-learning standards , including SCORM and xAPI.
- Experience with Rise 360 , Adobe Captivate, or other authoring tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles , adult learning theory, and curriculum development.
- Ability to create clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces and interactions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating your Storyline projects (must include).
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
