Job Description
- Design and develop high-quality animated visuals and motion graphics for e-learning modules, explainer videos, simulations, and interactive courses.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to translate storyboards and scripts into engaging visual narratives.
- Create custom animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Integrate motion graphics into e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
- Ensure that all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, instructional goals, and accessibility standards.
- Optimize multimedia assets for web and mobile delivery.
- Provide creative input on visual design, user engagement strategies, and interaction design.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones.
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics design with a focus on e-learning or corporate training environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, e-learning projects, and video production work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially After Effects , Premiere Pro , Illustrator , and Photoshop .
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.).
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript considered a bonus.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
