Job Description
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges... etc
- Source and recruit (Blue-Collars candidates) by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
- On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
- Developing relationships with prospective talents
- Performing job market analysis and research
- Promoting company employer brand
Job Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in handling the whole Recruitment cycle for both White & Blue Collars (Candidates with experience in constructions/real estate is a must ).
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a relevant major.
- Post-graduate studies in HR is a must
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Presentable.
