Job Description
The HR supervisor shall be accountable for the following:
- Personnel. All related employees relation tasks: payroll administration, labor affairs, social insurance, employee files, etc.
- Recruitment (able to source and select middle management staff, admin staff, store sales and blue collars)
- Performance management (setting goals, following up on performance, appraisals, corrective actions and development plans)
- Compensation and benefits (Managing salary structure and benefits scheme)
- Training (handling in-house and external training providers and programs)
Job Requirements
Candidate must have experience in at least the first 3 of the above accountabilities, personnel experience is a must.
