Job Description
- Manage data updates and monitor CRM database and produce weekly reports.
- Assist the Marketing Research Manager in the production of monthly reports and presentations.
- Creating/ formatting proposals, presentations and correspondence, using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attend Exhibition and responsible for customers registration and leads tracking.
- Carrying out market research, customer surveys and competitive research.
- Monitoring competitive activities and present findings to Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration /Marketing or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Previous experience working in the real estate industry is an assist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is expected.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong attention to details skills.
