Job Description
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and define targeted consumers insights
- Set the brand strategies to achieve corporate goals
- Create plans / programs to materialize brand strategies and sales targets.
- Oversee relevant marcom strategies.
- Oversee online advertising
- Oversee clubs’ events
- Set up KPI’s for marketing activities
- Measure and report performance of all marketing activities both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Lead market intelligence activities and competitors’ activities identifying threats and opportunities and recommending relevant actions / solutions.
- Come up with innovative growth strategies
- Prepare monthly / quarterly reports on company’s performance
Job Requirements
- Relevant university degree; MBA is an asset.
- Proven working experience for 7 to 10 years, at least 3 years in a managerial / supervisory level.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent command of English language
