- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Primary Calling on the inquiries which received from B2B portals.
- Taking care of all B2B Portals & also online marketing of our products.
- Product Description writing.
- Provide the Complete Customer Details to management.
- Maintaining the account statements of the clients.
- Follow up with Clients regarding Quotations as such he had referred or not.
- Follow up for the payment of Customer.
- Maintaining the complete file of our customers on completion of the filing of documents.
- Keeping track of Courier sent to client & also calling for the confirmation.
- Giving Clients Details to Executives as & when required.
- Forwarding the domestic inquiries received in E-mails to concerned Person.
- Co-coordinating with the Marketing Executives for any query related to Quotations.
- Maintaining Excel Sheet of the Leads which are incomplete & send the copy to management every month.
- Handling the international clients and understands the needs.
