Job Description
- Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of GM including appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the GM ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
- Provide executive and administrative support to GM.
- Responsible for organizing GM travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling and completing expenses.
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to GM office including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring correct department distribution.
- Some Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the GM, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments.
- Write and distribute comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
- Draft and write high-quality reports and presentations, as required by the GM.
- Communicate important updates and information to Taaleem Central Office/Schools as required by GM.
- Arrange Central Office and Senior leadership events.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.

Job Requirements
- Proficiency in French &English is a must
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the same field.
