About the Job

Job Overview:

  • Handle & Coordinate all Sales Operations tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Record daily sales & deposits of Sales Reps.
  • Prepare & Send Daily Consolidation reports to relevant departments.
  • Communicate with team members and following up on the coordination of the sales process.
  • Prepare achievement daily, weekly monthly & Yearly reports.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education level BSc/MSc in any discipline (commerce preferred).
  • Experience at least 1-2 years in Sales Operations.
  • (Analytical, Punctuality, Following-up)
  • Excellent with Numbers .
  • Expert in dealing with Spread Sheets using Excel & Access is a must.
  • Excellent presentation Skills using Power Point & Word.
