Job Description

  • Plan and prioritise work in the office independently, ensuring day to day properties area managed efficiently and establish and maintain workflows to deal with regular office duties smoothly for efficient planning and office management
  • Maintain files and papers of a highly confidential nature and exercise the highest integrity in maintaining confidentiality to ensure a high level of integrity displayed in work
  • Communicate manager’s instructions or desires to relevant individuals and/or departments, furnish and obtain information from other managers or departments as required by own senior to ensure smooth coordination
  • Handle correspondence for the manager independently, seeking inputs in critical and key matters, carry out the paperwork and documentation for the office, utilising extensive knowledge of the organisation’s processes and procedures to maintain a timely and accurate paperwork and correspondence
  • Manages the diary engagements ensuring efficient record of appointments and timely follow-up
  • Communicate with key external parties at senior levels to seek and furnish information., receive and guide visitors to the office including VIPs and ensure all arrangements for meetings, presentations etc. are made to facilitate smooth implementation
  • Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Follow the day to day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work
  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML, regulations and internal CIB polices and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Arts, Alsson or its equivalent
  • Secretarial Background
