Blue Sky Company for transportation looking for an experienced Fleet Operation Manager for Hurghada and sharm Elsheikh Branch with a positive attitude with the ability to efficiently and effectively manage the fleet repair/maintenance work resources and provide great customer service.

  • We want someone who is sensitive to the needs of customers, the department as a whole and their co-workers.
  • The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenge, ready and able to work with minimal supervision and is at their core a self- starting individual. It is extremely very important to have an initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly as well as strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills,
  • This role supervise and manages team work and technicals who repair and maintain the Company fleet, as well as support for other departments as needed.
  • The main responsibility to Work with Fleet and Facilities to jointly research, develop and update vehicle/equipment schedules based on life cycle costing and bid specifications.
  • Meets with departments to review vehicles/equipment specifications.
