Job Description

Executive Secretary

  • Maintaining the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments; answer phone calls and customer reception.
  • Prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them to the managers when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Word & Excel knowledge is a MUST.
  • Must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
