Job Description
- Assist in meeting company recruitment needs on various businesses (Marketing, Consultation, and Software Development.
- Responsible for the full hiring process which includes coordinating head haunting, job posts.
- Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports outcome in a timely manner, administered offer letters, negotiated salaries.
- Contact with the all Managers from understanding profile requirements working closely with the Managers and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
- Informing the accepted ones with acceptance and invite them to an offer session.
- Update recruitment tracker and making sure that the information is up to date.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time and per set KPIs.
- Submit regular reports on recruitment activities as requested, turn over, open vacancies, etc.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English language.
- Exp.2 years in recruitment, preferably in service companies “Media – Advertising, IT services”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
- Multitasking and working calmly under pressure.
- Well connected on recruitment website,
- Quick learner and target oriented.
