About the Job

A multinational company *Commodities industry* located in Alexandria – Egypt, is hiring a “Personal Assistant” the Country Manager Egypt.

Job description:

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and requests for HQ UK
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Country Manager
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation and occasionally, traveling with the Country Manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings or presentations
  • Organizing events and conferences with the assistance of Target
  • Reminding the Country Manager of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Cash Tracking, expenses, reports, develop filling system hard copy and soft copies
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff and clients
  • Executing all kind researches requested by Country Manager
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Country Manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Handles meetings inside and outside the company and assisting with all reports required by the County Manager for HQ UK
  • Follows up pending subjects & report the feedback

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in the same career
  • Suitable University Degree preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration
  • Excellent organization & project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility in both the working hours & in dealing with the different situations.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Very good at working with numbers
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Very time efficient, self-motivated, and organized
