About the Job

Candidate should have Organization development, Recruitment and personnel experience

  • Responsible for Internal and External Recruitment processes.
  • Maintain resume database of the candidates updated and organized.
  • Performs initial interviews and screening of resumes after comparing it with the job requirements, and recommends viable candidates to the Line Managers.
  • Organization's policy updates.
  • New Hire On-Boarding, Employee Relations, and adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handling Employment Fairs preparation and coordination (Registration, Booklet, Giveaways, Booth set up).
  • Coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews.
  • Identify and develop companies Vision, Mission & Values.
  • Develop new & revise current Organizational Charts and Reporting System.
  • Handling performance appraisal process
