Sales and Marketing Assistant

Main Job Duties:

• A proactive, meticulous and highly organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to provide a broad range of support to our scientific office team.
• Working closely with departments across the company, conduct research and utilize internal and external information systems to compile accurate market intelligence reports
• Ascertain Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales figures for our products and communicate information updates to relevant management. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Coordinate Sales and Marketing projects – from working with external agencies to develop engaging marketing materials and promotional items, to planning industry events
• Support the smooth running of the department, by taking a central role in our departmental administration to ensure optimal meeting arrangements, managing team schedules
• Other duties related to the above within Hipharm as a whole, as assigned.
• Will be responsible to follow up and track the Medical Reps and District Managers.
