Job Description
- Manage a team of contact center Representatives & their KPIs.
- Monitor calls & perform coaching sessions to ensure that procedures and quality standards are highly applied.
- Conduct regular reviews of Team's performance and organize training sessions for under performers.
- Hold weekly meetings to discuss team's current status.
- Set proper action plans to tackle employees Weaknesses.
- Schedule and organize shift patterns for each team member.
- Submit regular reports to management and seek new strategies to improve performance.
