Job Description
- Writing letters ,faxes,e-mails either in English or Arabic language .
- Handling customers' complaints and inquires .
- Monitoring incoming e mails &follow up customer inquiries.
- Follow up the quotations and the approvals sent by customers .
- Check maintenance cards & reports done by the engineers to know any notes taken .
- Manage daily maintenance report & follow up updates .
- Filling documents and keep attendance records.
- Arranging monthly attendance & overtime report .
- Follow up site employee attendance .
- Manage &organize employee's evaluation .
- Take responsibility of funds & incoming checks .
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree.
- 2 to 5 years experience
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Must Fluent in English
- Age from 30 To 40years
- Female
