About this Role
- Jr. recruiting officer responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified
- candidates for various technical and functional roles. You will also network online and offline with
- potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the
- best talent professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source potential candidates on regular platform and niche platforms
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job platforms/wuzzuf/linkedin /website etc
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical requirements
- Perform screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with team leaders to enhance hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- and active candidates
- Produce recruitment pipeline and candidate status reports
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Promoting the company’s environment & keeping an eye on its reputation for online and offline
- events/activities
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Assist in creating team building activities and maintaining a friendly yet professional environment
Job Requirements

- Proven work experience as a recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)
- Excellent organization / prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self starter
