Main Job Duties:
- Overlooking and executing all communication matter within the office either internally or externally with developers or clients
- Managing appointments and meeting of owners and managing their calendars
- Managing all related administrative work like printing and editing documents and contracting
- ensuring the look and feel of the premises according to company's standards reporting violations, threats to Owners and associate heads Managing office supplies and needs
- Filling of all company's related contracts and files Managing all meetings and ensuring capture of minutes of meetings
- Reporting attendance on the monthly basis to the accounting department performing all needed market research and analysis tasks assigned to her on competition
