Job Description
- Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
- Establish Team Leaders' targets to meet company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Improve the efficiency of manpower, materials, and machines.
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and systems to monitor the operations.
- Review performance data, activity reports, and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the machines.
- Prepare periodic reports for the management team to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Lead and support the teamwork to solve the problems by using problem-solving techniques.
- Foster and support QC KPIs targets (NRFT) related to the work content and take the necessary action plans with the cross-functional teams of the relevant departments if needed.
- Control and maintain the scrap percentage to adhere to the target.
- Develop the skill matrix progress of the team.
- Enhance the capacity of the team by identifying the training courses based on their performance such as; soft skills, safety awareness & training, and technical sessions.
- Make sure the production lines are available almost the working hours.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
- Leadership & Managerial skills
- Decision Making & problem-solving skills
- Risk Awareness.
