Job Description
- Handling incoming phone Calls.
- Handling all administrative & service business (contracts, Installation Requests, customer calls, customers’ database, issuing service quotations, e-mail communication and rest of service documentation)
- Responsible for customer satisfaction via phone calls.
- Responsible for office management (scanning , faxing , emailing , photocopying & recording minutes of meeting )
- Make sure that our company policies and rules are implemented.
- Welcoming the visitors and customer to reflect good vision for the company.
- Handle and organize booking process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms & meeting rooms)
- Help the employees in the required procedures of issuing travel visa.
- Provide administrative support to sales department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree - High level of English and Arabic business writing -Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).analytical and solving problems skills. Decision-making skills.
