Job Description
The Admin Assistant is an essential position as she shall be responsible for the following:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Job Requirements
- Gender: Female is a must
- Major: Any discipline of engineering / Faculty of Science /Business Administration or any relevant major
- Very good English and computer skills mainly excel, word and power point
- Preferable quality background or diploma
- Maximum age 30 years old
