Job Description
- Handles staff transportation company in terms of :
- Monitors vehicles routes in terms of (Departure-Arrival) time to ensure punctuality.
- Regularly check the transportation company status versus company needs ( adding/removing cars to our route)
- Performs negotiations with transportation Company to get the best offer.
- Handles company catering company and responsible for monitoring presented food hygiene.
- Prepares regular reports about the catering company performance and the quality of service presented to company employees.
- Issues insurance policy for all company new vehicles, follow up refunds received from insurance company in case of accidents.
- Handles the drivers team over time calculation, approve it from administration manager and present it to the HR department to be reflected in the payroll system in a monthly basis.
- Deals with all governmental authorities in terms of issuing and renewing all governmental certificates or documents.
- Handles Renting Apartments for company employees.
- Follows up and controls landscape working plan.
- Follows up and controls “pest control” working plan.
- Sends pest control monthly invoices and follow up with the finance department until payment.
- Ensures that waste area is always empty and that the cleaning company is coming on time.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
- From 3-5 years’ experience with a reputable company.

- Good communication skills
- Flexible personality and ability to do multitasks.
