Job Description
- Perform administrative and organizational concerns of the Managing Director.
- Provide general support to the Managing Director in the projects coordination and follow up.
- Acquiring of reports and analyses.
- Coordinate office activities to provide designated functions or services.
- Maintain records of all activities, documents, events and actions.
- Road and routes incoming mails and replies to emails as assigned.
- Answers telephone calls, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries.
- Handle correspondence and filing system.
- Compiles information from files and other sources into lists summaries and reports.
- Report issues and concerns to appropriate staff.
- Records agenda and minutes of meetings.
- Schedule appointments and arranges travel schedules and reservations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in the same career (experience in industrial companies is a plus).
- Female only.
- Excellent organization & project management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Very Good in working with numbers.
- Very good computer skills.Specially Excel
- Very time efficient, self-motivated, and organized.
